Honors Project Evaluation

In order to assist the Honors Committee and Foundation Selection Committee with the Foundation Honors Award selection process, please complete this evaluation form for each of your students involved in an honors project. A student’s chance of receiving a Foundation Honors Award depends on the comments and evaluation given on this form. This form will be sent to the Honor's Project Coordinators Tom Irish and Steve Shaff when it is submitted.
